From our perspective, your analysis is totally out to lunch. We've had no trouble booking 3 domestic award tickets & 2 international award tickets flown/to be flown in 2005. And with the miles piling up, we're looking forward to more of the same. We make a point to spend our money wisely, and are flexible when necessary with regard to award tickets. It's a great program.

Meanwhile, if you're so unhappy with NW, fly a competitor!
