It is unbelievable a "major" airline allows such constant crappy programming. Where do they get these poor programmers.......... by hiring the grubby guys holding the crummy cardboard signs declaring "will work for food" on the I-5 exit ramps for downtown Seattle?

The "will work for food" guys are too expensive. Most airlines have moved their programming offshore to India....Things get lost in the translation.... They pay them 200.00 per month in salary AND benefits. The guy on the side of the road will cost about 10.00 a day in food plus the cost of a good dental plan.
