Evolution (now?) uses Web_DAV, so it's fairly seamless with Exchange.

If you don't care about offline composition, etc., don't forget you can also (unless it hasn't been set up) use Outlook's Web Access client with just a browser, and it's become VERY full featured over recent versions.
