I had a disastrous call center experience a cople of days ago, over here in Europe.
The Dublin call center just closed. The new one is now in Poland. The girl I got on the phone could understand zilch about what I was telling her. I mean zero. I had to repeat my Mileage Plus number at least a dozen times for her to get it right. She had me on hold for 10 minutes or more for just a simple question as she had to get the answer from somebody else and that wasn't all.
I was furious. I am afraid it's going to be like this until they are properly trained to do their job right. I will try doing without the call center as much as I can.
