Whilst the catering dispute has been gone on for a couple of months it would IMO make sense to restrcit this extension to those who were fairly close to retaining Gold e.g. 75% of TPS needed, or working for employers who have large lucrative contracts with BA. A bit harsh though on those here who've continued to fly CE sans food to rack up the necessary points.
