There's another thread on it somewhere (more than one even) but EWR flights to/from BOS, ORD, MDW, DCA, IAD, ATL & DFW all depart/arrive in Terminal A. Worst of all you have to go outside of security to switch terminals. I end up on one of these flights nearly every other week and it sucks.
