Havn't really looked into it to do an analysis. I reckon though New Zealand would be the cheapest... not that it is a continent!
Apart from that, think the next would be Europe. Then America.
Some of the cheapest status runs are domestic flights within Australia...
It all depends on what class you fly to your destination, how cheap the fare is, how direct it is, and how many connecting flights you take...
(Oh, and as discussed above, a certain AAmerican airline does offer very good SC's for $ on certain fares!)
