Plenty of room in front; your screen is on the bulkhead (unlike the 744's). The galley lies behind row 5 so no issues there. Starboard Toilet is just in front of 1J/1K. Port side is up near cockpit door so that's ok.

They often serve from the galley up port aisle from row 5 to row 1 (Seats ABE) then down the startboard side row 1 to tow 5 (Seats FJK)

Row 23 is the front of economy with a bulkhead between you and the J galley. OK If 6'2" or less + 23B/J have a bit extra room as you can stick your legs up the aisle beside the bulkhead. 45 is the exit row, but the window seats have the life raft capsule in front.

'ware of AVOD boxes in whY; (non bulkhead) window seats and D & G aisle seats (again non bulkhead) have a third of the under seat space in front is taken by the AVOD units.
