I was wondering if others have had bad experiences with BBG Communications when making phone calls from Europe - My wife was in London last month and called the US from a payphone using the BBG number, which was stuck on all the BT phones - we ended up with a 33$ bill for a 3-4 minute call!!

I did some background searches then and found that it was a scamming long distance company in San Diego CA (owned by a Mexican co.?) I remember there was a HUGE thread on Fodors.com with tons of travellers to Europe complaining about the astronomical charges - Oddly enough, now when you do a google search now, you do find links to these threads, but they all end up showing smiley faces.
