If anything, I hope this spurs CO into "enhancing" their Y product. Don't get me wrong - I still like CO and will continue to fly CO as long as I can, but my $$$ alone won't keep CO afloat. NYC based companies that have big contracts with CO *could* face pressure from their employees to switch to DL for premium service across the country.
I hope this happens. CO's Y seats suck. CO Y does have better service than any other major however. Aside from the additional width, I don't see what DL F gets you, some free booze served in plastic.

CO needs to continue its usual efficient and reliable operation, with tweaks here and there. For me, priorities would be continued increases in the number of F seats, deployment of onboard WiFi and power on all 757/738 aircraft at least in F, deployment of only high % F aircraft on transcons(e.g. 738 with 18 not 14 seats/757s).

they need to work on making the A-C transfers work well, which means a shuttle or something airside.
