I believe the Mutual Accounts still exist, but are soley within the Senior HHonors program or the HGVC program, I am not sure which (as my parents have both). They recently (within the past 5 months) were able to get two cards with the same number, but different names on them. Points earned using either card end up in the same account. They even got credit for two stays similtaniously in different towns.
