There are some thermal Mr. Easy's down on the ground transportation level (which is also where you arrive if you've parked in Daily Garage 1 and taken the moving walkways, or the elevator from hourly parking, I believe). I know they're present at the Door 5 and Door 6 entrances, but I'm not sure if they're at any of the others.

These rarely seem to have lines. There are also regular (cardstock) Mr. Easy's for no-checked-bags pax up on the far right side of the UA check-in area which often have a line, but which you're usually stuck in more more than 10 minutes. However, last time I was there, IAD staff had interfered with the usual lines that naturally form in front of each machine and spread them out into a long single-file line, which seemed to slow things down significantly.
