I guess that they will use the special aircraft stickers that you can get made these days to put over the paint for special flights and then take them off again after the tour. Maybe swop them in SIN perhaps?
Airport trials. OK, expect the tugs to rip up the tarmac and for the odd bit of loose dirt to be thrown up, but not much else of interest. The AN 124 and 225, C5 are all in the same size or bigger category and have been around for years. It only took ICAO 31 years after the C5 flew to write the airport spec so it could land somewhere.
