I took a 8:30a flight out of IAD last Saturday. There was a pretty sizeable line at the general United counters; line for United First counters was only 1 or 2 minutes, however. Security was suprisingly pretty jammed for what I'd have expected on a Saturday morning. I'd say I waited around 10-15 minutes. No elite security line at IAD, as I'm sure you know.
