For overall food and beverage presentation, I'm partial to Naples. We could have easily eaten three meals a day there had we wanted to and the staff was great.

For views and great staff, I'd also recommend Bachelor Gulch. Unless you are there during peak ski season, I don't think the food presentations are quite as extensive, but the staff was great and very helpful. And I love sitting on the balcony early in the morning looking out at the mountains.
