There are listings of booking classes that the Tool can display for a number of carriers and it is located in
KVS Tool FAQ Part 2 under "
Classes Displayed By Airline":

If you click on the [AA] link within that post, it will take you to a chart of booking classes displayed for AA. Within that chart, there will also be a link that says [AA award/upgrade classes].
For all *A member airlines, there is a 'sticky' in the *A Forum that lists award/upgrade classes for each *A airline. For other airlines, you would need to check the corresponding forum.
