Exactly! When you fly has absolutely nothing to do with the MySouthwest promo. I know we haven't done "book by" promos often, but this has no "fly by" date. When you fly has absolutely no effect on how we're going to post the bonus credits. In fact, If you book between the promo dates and fly before 11/15, your MySouthwest bonus credit will not show up with the flight in your account. It is being handled separately and will show up as a different "line item". But, rest assured that in this scenario, we will still give you the MySWA bonus credit even though this flight is no longer in your "future flights" table.
As far as the dates go...
Book by 11/15 while logged in to get the MySouthwest bonus credit (you may have up to 3). It makes no difference when you fly to get this credit.
Any flights that you complete by 11/17 will be eligible for double credit. So, to maximize the promos and get 5 credits for the RT, book while logged in before 11/15 and fly by 11/17. If you don't fly by 11/17, then you'll get 3 credits for the RT.
