Did exactly the same 2 weeks ago. You need to go to the First Class check-in desk (in departures, as if you were starting your journey in Frankfurt), then ask them to arrnage a car transfer to the first class terminal.

I spent 7 hours in the terminal and it was excellent - couldn't fault anything - perfect
