Reading some posts, I really have the impression that some people here have no idea of what is happening in the world....
"We had to take a bus to reach the airplane" (terrible....), "I could not enter the lounge" (inhuman....), "the seats were awfull" (awfull...), etc.
My God, some people here should stop behaving like spoiled children....

I also travel a lot, I also buy expensive business and first class tickets and I am also sometimes frustrated by the behavior of some Flight attendants... But I try never to forget that if there were only problems like these, we could consider ourselves lucky.....

Regarding Air France, actually, i do not think that this is the worst airline in the world... Some Crew members are sometimes cold and arrogant but I then teach them who is the actual boss and it works most of the time....
The food has nothing to do with the KLM one (thanks God!!!!), seats are confortable and Air France crew still know what class means (I once experienced a United Airlines stewardess talking to me chewing a gum on a business class flight from LA to Tokyo... This would never happen on an AF flight)... I assume that people coming from Brooklyn care less about class ;-)....

A very last remark: I find it very funny (and pathetic) that a New Yorker complains about a so called "overreaction" in the case of a bomb alarm... Is the Human memory so short? These very people complaining about the consequences of a bomb alarm are the same who backed the silly aggressive policy of the white house in Iraq.... Ridiculous....
