Pick-up and transfer to F terminal
I am arriving on an LH intra-Europe flight in C and connecting to the LH BKK flight in F.
Now I seem to recall reading here somewhere that (recently only?) LH picks up connecting F pax from the plane and takes them directly to the F terminal by car.
Is this true? Can anyone confirm experiences? and do I have to request for it or will it automatically be arranged?
