When my suitcase finally made it to baggage claim in C it had quite the rip in the side of it. Luckily, nothing spilled in the process - but it was certainly damaged beyond usability. Dreading a long wait accompanied by a barrage of questions being barked at me by some three headed medusa occupying the baggage 'resolution' office, I mustered up the courage and decided to bite the bullet and trekked on over.
When I arrived all the agents were busy but with customers so I signed in and took a seat. It took about 8 minutes for an agent to become free at which point she walked over to the list, called my name and then greeted me with a

. "Wow! A real

," I thought to myself, "plus I looked her straight in the face and was not turned into stone. No medusa here!" She was quite helpful, pleasant, and apologetic. In the end CO replaced my torn bag with a new bag (same brand) at no cost and no hassle (i.e. paperwork).
All in all - a very positive experience. Thanks CO!
