What part of with no limit and After the 25K mile cap has been reached do they not understand? They are not giving away the miles. It is a fare class bonus that you only get if you pay an extra monthly fee. And since UA has in other legal cases valued miles based on the "Y" fare that would apply to flights purchased, we would feel quite justified in using the same lofty values when claming triple damages.
