I have to agree agree-Ryan air is the worst airline in the world. But give the CEO credit: he actually tells customers they are cheap, craven idiots who should revel in the elaborate abuse that his employees hurl at the unfortunates who willingly fly with him to save an extra euro or two. I'm surprised to hear AA is so far up in the crap airline sweepstakes. But Air France---they are in a class by themselves in the non bankrupt, non cattle car category
