When I went to visit the Regency Club on the 17th floor in person a few days before my stay I was told I could have a Suite on my 1st stay. Well,when I checked in at 3pm,4 days latter she said there was none left.Now I'm talking about the RC Manager,not some staff.The only thing I can surmise is a VERY large enclave of German tourist with there numerous Blonde children about 12 of them probably were given the suites,as you know Thais are very fond of western kids, In the morning the one room in thr GC was like a kindergarten loud and noisy. AS for the 3rd stay she did say it was quite tight, and I understand.
