My vote is for this. Looking at a couple of my bookings, one that I've made myself via the Interwebnet has the Corner Bay item, while one made by my company's TA does not have this.
The only other thought is that it might be a flag to check a credit card? For my own bookings, I have to produce the card that made the booking, while for company TA booked tickets this is not applicable. Maybe a CBA code relates to this requirement. But that is just my usual ill-informed random speculation.
