I haven't seen it since they first introduced it. I guess that's because when I connect I always go to the main terminal area so I can spend a few minutes outside to get some fresh air.

It might be worth noting that at the time of day of the OGG/HNL departures there is almost nobody in line at INS. So there's not much to be gained by going through the special connecting pax INS desks.
