Well let me say I had 3 1 night stays at Erawan and 1 upgrade coupon. I told the RC Sup. I would prefer to use it on the 1st stay or 3rd stay,in true Erawan fashion she gave me a suite on my 2nd stay,least prefered when I was checked in for 14 hrs,ain't she nice.
