I have been addressed by name a few times but not often by GA's, but have never been addressed by name flying in J by a FA.

I don't think it's a big deal on the GA's part, they are always extremely busy. But I think it should be standard by the FA's for anyone flying in J. Again, some people here say they here it, and some don't.
