More e-rewards dollars

I'm already back up to $14.85 from .10 in three days. Maybe I will get more miles after the calendar year ends.

Hint: If you are asked to participate in a health survey, check every box from atheletes foot to pregnant, even if you are a man.

These seem to pay the most and are more frequent.
