While I understand you are trying to help, I'm not sure it was good to give out some of those codes. There is a reason why agents are told not to mention certain things to passengers and it is generally not to give the passenger the expection that it is guaranteed and then be disappointed when it doesn't happen. Many of these codes are there so that employees know what is required and then to act on and not for the general public.
