CCLSC: There is one situation which can occur and which might explin your problem; it is as follows: say we're talking about SQ 25 (SQ metal) - M&M cannot see any award seats (if using M&M miles), but KF still can (if using KF miles); this is because M&M's allocation of award seats on SQ metal have been fully used. (This is also applicable for other variations...)
