Two weeks ago, I stayed at the 4 Courts when I was back midweek in Dublin. I had requested a room that didn't face the river. Although I heard no street noise, there were people partying and were outside talking loudly to 4AM. (that was when I politely told the group that "some of us need to get up early"). I got very little sleep that night. The one good thing was they had an overnite laundry service & that was handy.

I stayed at the Avalon house my first & last nights in Dublin. Slept well there and people were considerate & reasonably quiet.
