But when sitting in 1C I can see staff standing around with a 18C BP that the Purser then directs to 2A. I have 0 problem with it as it happens after all upgrades are processed and if the staff member had a seat in Y, Y is not oversold so op ups aren't required.
I was trying to explain the J cabin filling at the last minute.
