Just want to report that I flew on KLM metal on 12/27 and the miles posted with both Gold elite bonus (100%) and class of service bonus (50%) today (1/7). Fare class showed C on CO.com, but actual fare bought was NW/KL Z class (holiday companion fare special, paid USD970 for about 25,000+ ff miles, 15,000+ EQMs, not a great MR, but decent at less than 4cents/ffm, less than 7cents/eqm).
