...or maybe they PMd a bunch of people that were on a thread they helped each other out on something huge once and thought they'd remind them to vote--
for anyone (including possibly that person) so it may not be such a bad thing after all, but people love to highlight the erros of others if they feel those were errors. I know I did PM (but not email) a bunch of people myself in that same fashion, which I think is not such a bad thing... I dunno, maybe the guy who emailed you doesnt really want your vote in the end then anyway. Oh well.
