That's what I thought until recently. Lately, I have heard comments from non-FF'er co-workers, friends and relatives on how mis-behaved FF can be. I actually observed one last Friday .... a FFer yeiling at the gate agent in public for not stopping the plane from pushing back from the gate (because he flew XXX miles with them), although he was clearly over 10 minutes late from the scheduled departure time.
