Interesting. Thought it might have been due to server load etc. @:-)
I liked them as they added a bit of light hearted fun to the boards. ^
I notice
missydarlin still has her election campaign signature enabled.
Randy did email all Candidates before voting began urging us to all use signatures, make them bold and colorful (but stated max limits!) and make the wording on them as catchy and off-beat as we wished.
And agreed all 'campaign staff' could also have permission to use them too:
"I only ask that such campaign staff remove these signatures after the elections."
Anyway, I retained the HTML for mine below, and this will now create an avalanche of late TalkBoard votes one hopes, as no others may be visible for a while.

NOTE: I HAVE REMOVED THE HTML SINCE IT CLEARLY VIOLATES THE SPIRIT IN WHICH WE INTENDED SIGNATURES TO BE TURNED OFF. OUR GOAL IS TO LET MEMBERS DECIDE WHO TO VOTE ON, NOT MEMBERS TO BE TOLD WHO TO VITE ON. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION ON THIS - RANDY
