I haven't logged onto the OnePass website in a very long time and now I'm having some trouble negotiating it (and yes, I'm embarrassed about it)-- I'm so used to a different website that literally I just can't get navigate the site and also I'm on a dial-up today.

Maybe someone can help me out, is it possible with CO miles to redeem on Emirates from either: S. Africa-> Dubai or Dubai-> Bangkok in F (or J if need be)?
