Hold on. In my experience, the GH staff are friendly and welcoming; the issue here is that Diamonds are less likely to be singled out for extra benefits as they are at many other properties.

The GH remains one of the best central-location hotels in BK, and the club lounge is one of the better one in the Hyatt chain.
