Well, they posted them manually, but as a VS flight (no elite bonus, no EQM). One more call to the OPSC, and got a nice lady who said she'd look into it. She left me a voicemail about an hour later saying they had entered it incorrectly, and it was corrected and would update tonight.
Well, it just updated and appears correct. So stay on top of them and keep trying until you get your VS miles!
