AC Reservation Agent - could not replicate ac.com codeshared flights- why?
I saw that the web site was showing options to fly from YOW to Burbank, via YYZ and either Denver or SFO. I wanted to look at additional options between these 2 cities using one of these 2 routings; the telephone agent indicated that her computer would not allow her to enter these 2 city pairs (because it would show the code-shared flight); her excuse was that sometimes the web site can show routings that the AC reservation agent can not find on her computer.
I wonder how valid is her statement.
Because she could not find a Burbank to Ottawa routing, I settled on booking (through her) a LAX to YOW routing.
