OK, I admit it -- I haven't worked my way through all the threads on the new Dividend Miles program. But I did get my flyer in the mail today.

My question is what is the policy regarding upgrading with miles (overseas travel)? I currently have a couple of "B" fares that I've upgraded at 20K each (both ways). Has this gone away? What is the new policy?
