TLV has very inexpensive duty free shops -- at least as far as cigarettes and booze are concerned.
Time Cigarettes (the local brand which I usually smoke) are $13 per carton and if you buy 4 cartons you get a fifth one for free.
Marlboros, I believe, are $25 per carton and the fifth one is also free.
