Having been to the luxurious Terminal G myself no, there is no smoking lounge. I didn't try smoking outside the building myself, so I don't know if that's allowed.

On the bright side, the last time I was in G, I had a short connection within G, and the flight arrived right on time. I got off one plane, entered the building, handed over my boarding pass, got on the plane, and left. Priceless.
