Unless you've got some burning desire to see Busch Gardens, I think you'll be really disappointed in it compared to Disney's Animal Kingdom. The Disney-MGM Studios actually seems to be the park in central Florida that is most suited to widely varying age groups. Your 5 year-old will no doubt love the Playhouse Disney, Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast shows. Your 11 year-old will probably love Catastrophe Canyon, Star Tours, the Tower of Terror, and the Rock-n-Roller Coaster. And together you can all do MuppetVision 3D, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, the Great Movie Ride, and Fantasmic. Then you've still got the two stunt shows, the animation tour, the special effects tour, and the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids play area, not to mention some great restaurants for families to enjoy.
