Same True for NJ

The same is true for NJ where it is against the law to buy cig's through the internet or mail order. Acting Governor Cody started doing sweeps & busts to "throw these horrible criminals behind bars" and/or "collect the tax revenue that these people are stealing from." Personally, I think there's plenty of criminal activity and theft in the acting governor's own administration, but still, be aware that he's doing this. A few months ago they used court orders to get Indian Reservations and other places to fork over lists of NJ customers... it's only a matter of time before they zap everyone. A few weeks ago they got someone in NJ for a few tens-of-thousands of dollars on back taxes / tax fraud who bought from one of those places.

In any event, back to the question at hand, won't the duty-free stores of the places the person is flying through provide a better value than the CO in-flight price?
