From home, I've found it impossible to book anything, DING or not, while logged into MySouthwest; that seems to be a problem with my setup. However, at work, if I follow the login at the top of the DING list of fares, I can book and the bookings show in my Next Scheduled Flights. This is important if you want to get the bonus credit for booking on MySouthwest.
