Not sure if it's the same thing, but my year started on 28 Sept. Since then I have earned 220 TPs and this shows as the total in my account summary and is correct.

However the last two entires on my statement are "Balance Adjustment -40 ). 80TPs have not been taken from my account, which doesn't make sense.

Been busy in the last day or so and haven't rung to ask ... is going on, but there is something weird here.
