I already did, but those offers are only valid until the end of october.
Some weeks ago, I requested the stopover brochure from EK, but they don´t have a printed version yet, so they sent me an Excel sheet with all the hotels and fares for 2006. However, those offers are quite expensive compared to that BTI thing.
