When I've had to FAX in receipts, it usually posts within a few days. But I don't know why the later dines did not also post?

One way to solve the problem of "the same amount on the same day" is to add a tip to the cahrge (even if only a penny or two). That way, the charges are for different amounts, and can not be taken as duplicates! One charge is $15.00, the second charge is $15.02 - so they are not the same! What is the difference if you charge a $.02 tip or drop 2 pennies in the "tip jar" on the counter?
